DuPont Cyrel 3000 P
State of the art incremental solvent processor.
DuPont™ Cyrel 3000 P is capable of processing highest quality photopolymer plates up to a nominal format of 132 cm x 200 cm 52 inch x 80 inch.
The unit is easy to support and maintain, simple to operate,
extremely reliable and robust and cheep to run.
An innovative washout concept consisting of six flat brushes transverse to each other and contra rotating round brushes wash out the nonpolymerised (non exposed) parts of the plate. The solvent reaches the brushes directly via brush holders and bore holes. This completely renewed washout system warrants the best plate quality.
High dot resolution, excellent line definition, deep reverses and clean
floor are achieved to meet the highest Flexo standard irrespective of whether thick, thin, narrow or large plates are being washed.
The solvent temperature is programmable between 20°C 68°F and 40°C 104°F to handle the different type and brands of solvents available in
the industry.
Constants processing conditions and reduced solvent consumption are
warranted by the replenishment system. In fact, solvent replenishment is done only when needed; i.e. the integration with new solvent is controlled by a viscometer, which is constantly monitoring the solvent saturation during the entire process.
The unit is operated and controlled trough a large intuitive colour touch screen panel. The computer control board may store up to twentyone
different wash out plate programs where all the individual processing
parameter can be customised to reach excellent wash out quality that can be consistently repeated from plate to plate. The plate processing speed can also be pre set and adapted to the individual plate types.
Removal of solvent and final cleaning of the plate takes place through contra rotating round brushes moistened with fresh solvent.
The processor is delivered in one piece and a standard configuration includes:
full technical documentation, CE Certification, 3 Pin bars, 1 Heater, 1 Chiller, 1 Catch tray, 1 Barrel pump (fresh solvent), 1 float switch for fresh solvent drum, 1 float switch for dirty solvent drum, 2 x 3 m solvent resistant hose, 2 x 2 m hoses for connection to the Heater/Chiller, 3 m exhaust tube.
After transportation to its final location, no adjustments are necessary. |
