The Prinect PDF Assistant is the many sided tool of Heidelberg for analysing and administering of PDF data in the production process. The new development offers as a plug in for Adobe Acrobat incredibly quick and comfortable assistances for the examination of data. Based on the experiences of Heidelberg this tool was developed to adapt PDF documents optimally for the pressure production.
The Prinect PDF Assistant offers a total of six new, innovative tools for the PDF adaptation in the Printprozess:
The PDF report gives a comprehensive report on the quality of a PDF document.
The geometry tools deliver all available side dimensions and permit an automated fitting of the media and the Bleedbox.
A dissolution control allows summarising separated PDFs with up to eight special colours.
The state control checks the Nicely and Widerdruckbogen as well as the position of the brands and pressure controlling elements. While putting on top of each other the curves the transparency of the view can be preset to the better control. On the basis of the single sides the state control is excellent tools to tie together base layouts with different language versions. Thus the positions of the single language levels check up themselves already in the approach fast and efficiently.
An other functionality is the extraction of PDF pages from a completely ausgeschossenen curve. This function (as a patent announced) enables to carry out the last changes directly before the record issue or to control again single sides of the curve, to change or to exchange. Therefore generating a new curve is not necessary in the mistake case any more.
The Prinect PDF Assistant also offers the functionality to generate low distraught alternative pictures to the quicker screen construction. On this occasion, the user has to choose the possibility from which picture resolution heruntergerechnet should become. In addition, offers of the Prinect PDF Assistant to keep already existing pictures either, or they, if to generate anew too low distraught.
