| Long description | TORRENT ProofReady VSD Epson 5500 Best Nr: Stand alone Version: TORR475 Plugin Version: TORR495 Recommended interface TCP IP the printer must have a network card installed TORRENT ProofReady is a colour managed proofing solution to drive a range of inkjet printers for Windows 2000/2003/XP & MacOS X platforms. It is available in two forms: (1) as a "stand alone" Signatured Torrent ProofReady RIP and plugin or (2) as a ProofReady plugin for an existing non signatured Torrent RIP. Certain Epson printers make use of the latest Variable Size Dot (VSD), error diffusion screening technology and colour management facilities to produce professional quality, accurate colour proofs using Harlequin profiles. NOTE Torrent ProofReady VSD is only supported on Torrent Version 5.5r1c and later. ProofReady products include: Print quality mode option, bi directional printing, margin support, custom paper sizes, Error Diffused Screening (EDS) & HDS for 2880dpi devices, HEDS1 (1 bit EDS), HEDS2 (2 bit EDS) and ColourPro, with colour management using Harlequin profiles for latest Epson printers. The Signatured RIP will only drive one output device. Output device and options cannot be changed. The ProofReady Plugin is an upgrade for an existing Windows 2000/2003/XP & MacOS X Platforms full resolution Torrent RIP.
