GLV: Unique, patented lasers and optics

For the realisation of HD CTP exposes:Xcalibur 45 the pressure plates in a new manner which allows an astonishing precision. The most important component of the optical system is the Grating Light
Valve (GLV â„¢). This patented grid light modulator permits the exact regulation of the laser energy. With the exposure the laser lights up the tapes of the GLVModuls which modulate the light of the semiconductor laser diode strip to generate individually addressable writing rays. The rays are automatically calibrated with integrated sensors to guarantee an optimum and steady exposure. In addition, an automatic control function controls the size and Fokussierung of the laser advertisement.
