Its speed, flexibility and rich set of features, coupled with open architecture, means that Global Graphics customers can build a vast array of Harlequin RIP based workflow solutions.

The latest generation of the Harlequin RIP is the Genesis Releaseâ„¢ (version 7.1) offers important new features for print operations of all sizes including: native compatibility with PDF 1.6; an advanced font emulation capability for time critical applications such as newspapers and print on demand; simple in RIP imposition for two up and four up conventional printing and digital print; support for PDF/X 1a:2003 and PDF/X 3:2003 and the JDF 1.2 specification; performance increase to both non color managed and color managed setups; and, support for Macintosh OS X (10.4).
