| Long description | FOGRA Perforation Measurement Device Engine impulse for perforation measuring instrument The perforation measuring instrument system FOGRA is a portable testing set to the regulation of the resistance to tearing of perforated or unperforiertenPapierproben. In the standard implementation it is delivered with an announcement, the strength measuring clock. The impulse occurs by hand by means of a crank. The standard implementation is complemented with an anew developed, electromechanical impulse. The exchange of the crank against the engine is easy to manage. On solving a fixing bolt the crank is drawn off, the engine is pushed open and clamped. The rebuilding and the examination of the device can occur in the FOGRA institute. Use and function of the device The engine impulse exists of two modules, the engine unity and the control. With a tilting counter the movement direction of the train clip is steered. With a pressure on this counter necessary load is generated either to the snatch of the paper test, or the clip is driven back after the break of the test in the starting position. The original function of the perforation measuring instrument is not changed by the cultivation of the engine impulse. When required the available crank can be grown in short time easily again.
